~Santa Claus is coming to town...or not!~

Wow-37 shopping days until Christmas. I really can't believe this year is almost over! Shelby will have her first birthday before we know it. She turns 10 months next week (on Thanksgiving, actually) She is starting to take steps. We are up to 7 steps at once. She has 4 teeth now. She is such a happy baby and we feel so blessed! Abby told me yesterday that she didn't like Santa and didn't want any presents. This after I received the monogrammed stockings I had ordered in the mail yesterday. She asked me what they were for and when I told her Santa would put presents in them, she made the previous comment. I really hope she changes her mind though! We are waiting a little while longer to put up our tree because I know all eyes will have to be on Shelby ALL OF THE TIME! Here is a pic of our new decoration for the year. Thought he was pretty cute and Abby (and me) just had to have him!

~There's No Place Like...~

Well I have to say the Halloween weekend was amazing! The weather was fantastic and we had a wonderful time being able to spend it with cousin Mac. I even got AZ to don the scarecrow hat and gloves for a quick family pic before we started Trick or Treating! He was none to happy, but did it anyways! Here are a few pics of our costumes and Mac in his T-Rex costume!

Christmas in...October?

Well Grandma Kath and Grandpa Charlie went to KC this past weekend to spend a few days with cousin Mac and Nate and Caroline! I'm sure Mac enjoyed his time with them. They came through Hays on their way home and surprise, surprise they brought gifts! Abby received a Dr. Barbie with nursery and Shelby received a Pooh push/ride airplane. Mom said it was an early Christmas present because we told her she couldn't go overboard this year at Christmas. AZ has decided to make the following rule: any new toy that comes in, one goes out! I know this isn't going to happen. Thank goodness our carpet is laid in the new playroom downstairs!

~Fall Photos~

Wow! It's been almost a month since my last post. I really cannot believe it! We have had a busy month I guess. The girls are changing every day. They bring me so much joy and I can't imagine my life without them. Shelby is crawling EVERYWHERE and pulling up on EVERYTHING! Abby is talking nonstop and trying to teach Shelby how to walk! We've had quite a few photo shoots lately, so I guess that is what I'm supposed to post. Enjoy!

Last weekend we headed to KC to see Abby and Shelby's birthfamilies. It was fun to see them again and watch Abby interact with everyone a little more. Shelby wasn't feeling well. She was teething and very sleepy. All she wanted was ME!!! That makes ya feel so good!!!

(Abby with Sara, her birthmother and Taylor, her sister)

Shelby with Ashley, her birthmother and Mindy, her birth grandmother in the background.

This weekend we headed to the Pumpkin patch with the girls to find the perfect pumpkin. Abby didn't want a big one, she just wanted a little one. But Shelby sure liked the big one!

We have a big girl and a crawler!

We have had quite an exciting week in the Molina house! Abby has started wearing her "big girl" panties and Shelby has started crawling. I kept Abby home on Thursday and instead of putting a diaper on we tried her "Abby Cadabby" panties. She did excellent! It is now Sunday and we have only had 1 minor accident, but otherwise she has told us when she needs to go or will go when we take her! This is such a relief. I really thought she wouldn't be able to go to school next year because she would still be in diapers. I am so proud of her! Then on Thursday night Shelby started crawling and hasn't stopped! She figured out it is a lot faster way to get to where she wants to.

Labor Day Weekend=Family, family, and more Family

Well I know I haven't posted for awhile, but wow have we been busy! On Friday Caroline and Mac came home for the weekend. Me and the girls headed to Plainville to welcome them home. Mac was soo cute when he saw Abby!

On Saturday the Ramsay family headed to Rolling Hills Zoo in Salina for a fun day! The kids did really well. It was a long day, but so much fun.

We headed back to Plainville Saturday night and then headed to Wilson lake for the Fellhoelter family reunion on Sunday. It was great to see family we haven't seen in a while and to see all the little kids have so much fun together!

Peace, love...Woodstock!

On Saturday evening I headed to a woodstock party to celebrate a family friends 60th birthday. Shelby was still running a little fever, so AZ jumped at the chance to be able to stay home with his girls! I had fun celebrating with good friends from high school and with my mom and dad! Here are a few pics of my "Woodstock" wardrobe!
